London Dynamite Review:
This is an awesome ravers nivana. Unit 7 is only 5 minutes from Brick Lane but isn’t easy to find. There are no signs. It’s at the end of an entrance to a warehouse estate.
What’s On
Unit 7 – the minimal/techno/ club – is celebrating its 1st birthday with a MINIMAL CARNIVAL PARTY on Friday 18th (entry £5) April and Saturday, 19th April (entry £7). Line up includes Mr. Christiano Pixeldot, Louis Guilhem, Sirius and FB Julian and Mr. Mather.
The Music
The music varies throughout the week. Fridays are Bicycle Club night with minimal techno and trance dance music. On Saturdays its techno with a monthly party called ‘The Zombie Ate My Brain’ – where revellers dress as zombies and dance to techno music.
The Place
A shabby-chic warehouse, well-worn leather sofas, with electrifying atmosphere and hallucinogenic images projected around the club. Red glowing dark pillars in the middle of the room give the club an eerie vibe. This place fills up at around 2am.
Beer in a plastic cup is £3.50; shots £3.50; spirit and mixer £4.50; wine £3.30 a glass. Check out an engaging energy drink called Pussy for £2.50 which goes down by the bucket load with the clubbers.
