As I write this column, I'm getting excited about the weather forecast on the Accuweather website. Sat down at my desk, which is next to a window, I can see heavy clouds. Nevertheless, I blurt out excitedly "it's going to be hot next week!". Someone asks: "how many degrees?" And I reply "13!", as if I was talking about a 40 degree heat wave! Ok, I know that 13 degrees isn't exactly hot, but comparatively it seems like an improvement; last week it was -2, and we're not in winter anymore. It's been Spring since the 20th. Even with the cold weather, it's now official: we can start thinking about balmy days lolling on British parks and beaches wowing the crowds with our Rosa Cha bikinis (see above). The Brasilian label took part in NYFW and is available at Made in Brazil on Carnaby Street.
