An exhibition of work by 15 Brasilian artists at the Allsopp Contemporary Art Gallery in West London will trace the connections between three generations of artists. Paper Trail: 15 Brazilian Artists will showcase the output of those pertaining to the Nova
Figuração and Geração 80 movements alongside the work of up and coming artists on the current contemporary art scene in Brasil who have never exhibited in the UK before.

This will be a rare opportunity to see pieces by renowned artists such as Nelson Felix, Brigida Baltar, Carlos Vergara and Daniel Senise, as well as bright young talents like Maria Let and Cabelo. The exhibition will investigate whether or not it's still possible to talk about a national artistic identity within the context of Brasilian contemporary art.
