Pisco Night + The Milk of Sorrow Film Screening

Screening of Claudia Llosa’s The Milk of Sorrow (La Teta Asustada), an award-winning Peruvian film. The screening will be followed by a Q&A chaired by Dr. Natalia Sobrevilla, (Head of Hispanic Studies at the University of Kent) who will present some interesting stories and facts behind the film!

The film screening will be presented by Filmoteca and will form part of Pisco Night, meaning there will be food and drink, including plenty of Pisco cocktails and Peruvian tapas, too. Additionally – and this is very exciting news – they have added alfajores to the menu. Yes, ALFAJORES! Thinks are starting to look up!
